We believe an active and vibrant arts scene will result in
economic growth and
renewed vitality in Torrington. Therefore, NWCT Arts Council is excited to continue its support of the local arts community and their recovery post-pandemic with these grants. Our goal is to pave the way for
connections, creativity, and local pride by funding art projects celebrating both the arts and Torrington!
These grants are open to established arts agents, new/emerging artists and initiatives, and businesses/organizations looking to integrate the arts into their work.
Please Note! This grant funding will not be awarded to subsidize for-profit activities. All project outcomes must be free and accessible to the benefit of the community.
This grant was made possible by the City of Torrington and the American Rescue Plan Act.
