Fiscal Information
- There are no set award amounts. Applicants are encouraged to request a sum that accurately reflects the scope and nature of their project. Applicants will be asked if the project could be realized with partial funding as Northwest CT Arts Council may consider this option on a case-by-case basis.
- Creative Partnership grants do not require a cash or in-kind match.
- Grant awards are contingent on available funds.
- Grant funds must be expended before October 1, 2023, and only for eligible expenses. Any funds remaining after the granting period must be returned to Northwest CT Arts Council.
Publicity:
- Where appropriate, grantees are required to credit Northwest CT Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts in all print, audio, video, and publicity materials (press releases, brochures, advertisements, etc.) Example: This project/program is supported in part by Northwest CT Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts.
Reporting:
- Grantees will be required to submit a status report by the end of May 2023.
- Grantees will be required to submit a final report within 30 days after the granting period ends on October 1, 2023. This means all final reports must be submitted by October 31, 2023 at the latest.
- Grantees must retain ALL records and documentation pertinent the award until December 2026.
Federal Regulations:
- As Northwest CT Arts Council is acting as a pass-through entity, subgranting federal funds, grantees must agree to comply with ALL federal regulations attached to this award. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal of the award.
