ADA: Principles and Practice for Arts Administrators
Cultural Alliance of Western Connecticut and the Arts Council are co-hosting the last of this round of ADA workshops next week. Sign up now for a refresher on ADA law and terminology, and hear from panelists with disabilities who will share their experiences attending and participating in the arts.

Avon Arts Association Call for Artists

The Avon Arts Association will hold its 2nd Annual Holiday Show at the East Granby Public Library at 24 Center Street. The show is open to all artists and the proceeds will benefit the Avon Arts Scholarship fund. The entry fee for members is $10 for one entry or $15 for two. Fees for non-members are $15 for one entry or $20 for two. The drop off date is Saturday, November 23rd from 10am - 12 noon. and pick up is Saturday, January 4th from 10am-12 noon. This is a non-juried show. 

An opening reception will be held on Saturday, December 7th from 12 noon- 2pm with light refreshments and music by the Alex Butterworth Band.

Community Theatre at Woodbury Announces Casting Call for RUMORS by Neil Simon.

Auditions: Tuesday, November 5th and Wednesday November 6th 7-9pm at the Historic Town Hall, 5 Mountain Road, Woodbury CT.

Seeking 5 men and 5 women for this production. All roles are open. A perusal copy of the script will be available at Woodbury Public Library. Rehearsals will begin on Tuesday, November 12th.  Performances January 10-12 & 17-19, 2020. Directed by Ed Bassett, Produced by Dennis Walsh.
