The Phoenix Rising Center's mission is to create a collaborative relationship between the arts and our communities. We provide the opportunity, the place, and the resources to see, study, and experience the arts. At our multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary, multi-generational arts center, artists and artisans work, develop and bring their individual and group talents to the community through exhibitions, demonstrations, workshops, and more.
